These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Biz-Pilot platform operated by Witcrafters Inc, a Florida corporation ("Company," "we," "us"). By registering for, accessing, or using Biz-Pilot, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Credit Disclosure, and Refund Policy, all incorporated herein by reference.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to enter contracts, and acting on behalf of a lawfully formed business entity.
Biz-Pilot provides a cloud-based SaaS platform that includes:

All subscriptions are monthly, automatically renewing. Your payment method on file will be charged on the same calendar date each month ("Billing Date"). By subscribing, you authorize Witcrafters Inc to charge your payment method on each Billing Date until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance written notice via email before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.
If a payment fails, we will retry up to three (3) times over 7 days. If payment is not received, your account may be suspended and tradeline reporting paused until payment is current. We are not responsible for any impact to your credit profile resulting from a billing failure.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the platform until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months. Please review our Refund Policy for further detail.
You agree not to use Biz-Pilot to:
Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All platform software, ClawBot AI models, interfaces, branding, and content are the exclusive property of Witcrafters Inc and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Biz-Pilot for your internal business purposes only.
You retain ownership of your business data and content submitted to the platform. By using Biz-Pilot, you grant Witcrafters Inc a limited license to use your data to provide and improve the services.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CREDIT BUREAU REPORTING WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, WITCRAFTERS INC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WITCRAFTERS INC IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Witcrafters Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Broward County, Florida. You waive the right to participate in class-action litigation.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections 8–12 survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
