Refund Policy

Summary: Biz-Pilot subscriptions are billed monthly. We offer a 7-day satisfaction review window for new subscribers. After that window, all charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.

1. Subscription Model

All Biz-Pilot plans are monthly recurring subscriptions. Your subscription begins on the date you complete your first payment and renews automatically each month on the same calendar date ("Billing Date") until you cancel.

2. New Subscriber Satisfaction Window

If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with Biz-Pilot for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date. To request a refund under this provision:

  1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of your first charge
  2. Include your business name, account email, and reason for cancellation
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days to your original payment method
The 7-day satisfaction window applies only to your first subscription payment. It does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or reactivations.

3. General No-Refund Policy

Except for the new subscriber satisfaction window described in Section 2, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes:

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your next Billing Date to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellation does not delete your account data immediately โ€” your account will remain accessible until the end of your paid billing period.

5. Effect of Cancellation on Credit Reporting

Upon cancellation of your Credit Builder subscription, Witcrafters Inc will cease reporting new tradeline activity to credit bureaus. Any previously reported tradelines will remain on your credit profile per bureau data retention policies (typically 7โ€“10 years for positive accounts). We are not responsible for how credit bureaus handle or retain historical tradeline data after cancellation.

6. Effect of Cancellation on ClawBot AI

Upon cancellation of any plan that includes ClawBot AI Chat or Voice, your ClawBot agents will be deactivated at the end of your billing period. Conversation logs and configuration data may be retained for up to 24 months in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be requested for export prior to deactivation.

7. Disputed Charges / Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination, a collections referral, and reporting to fraud prevention databases. We are happy to work with you to resolve billing disputes directly.

8. Service Interruptions

In the event of a significant, extended platform outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours of downtime caused by Witcrafters Inc), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated service credit for the affected period. Service credits are not cash refunds and may only be applied to future subscription fees.

9. Florida Consumer Protection

This refund policy is designed to comply with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Fla. Stat. ยง 501.201 et seq. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) at 1-800-HELP-FLA or fdacs.gov.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' advance notice via email and platform notification.
