- Business bank account details (for Net 30 tradeline purposes)
- Credit profile information submitted to or retrieved from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), Experian Business, and Equifax Business
- Paydex scores, credit utilization data, and tradeline history

- Credit/debit card details processed via our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Stripe Inc.)
- Billing address and subscription tier
- We do not store raw card numbers on our servers

4. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell your personal or business information. We share data only as follows:
- Credit Bureaus: Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business โ to report tradeline payment history as part of the credit-building service you have purchased.
- Payment Processor: Stripe Inc., for subscription billing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
- AI Infrastructure Providers: Third-party AI providers that power ClawBot, subject to data processing agreements.
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools โ bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Witcrafters Inc and its users.
5. FCRA โ Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosures
Because we furnish consumer and business credit information to credit reporting agencies, we are subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq.). We maintain reasonable procedures to ensure accuracy of reported data and will investigate disputes in accordance with FCRA requirements.

- AI conversation logs (ClawBot) are retained for up to 24 months for quality improvement and dispute resolution.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security controls including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by Florida Statute ยง 501.171.
10. Children's Privacy
Biz-Pilot is a business-to-business platform intended solely for businesses and business owners aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted data, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice on our platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Biz-Pilot after changes constitutes acceptance.
